More facts continue to emerge surrounding this incident. It was reported by 13 WMAZ News that the burgler was released from the Bibb county jail just the day before. He was staying less than a block from the home he entered. We still don’t know if the home resident will be charged.
It seems to be a rather silly delay. If there are facts that support a charge let’s have them. It does no one a service to delay the decision. If there are facts charge him if not say so.
